We've taken the OCS forums down (though the Ruby Forums are still up at www.rubyforums.com) temporarily while we decide on the best way to move forward. The forums are in disrepair--too much spam. Is there a chance that some other venue can be offered for allowing customers to improve the support knowledgebase?
