Improved OCS Support Wiki Layout

We have improved the layout of our OCS Support Wiki, particularly on the front page.  Information is better categorized and more easily visible.    We have also removed some redundant and conflicting information in articles and updated some of them to reflect recent improvements.

We are always adding new information and articles to our wiki, so check back often for the latest updates.

    Thank you for continuing to improve OCS Solutions’ service. The forums are in disrepair–too much spam. Is there a chance that some other venue can be offered for allowing customers to improve the support knowledgebase? How about opening up a section of the wiki to allow customers to create content, or creating a new customer-only wiki?

    You’re absolutely right Dennis. We’ve taken the OCS forums down (though the Ruby Forums are still up at http://www.rubyforums.com) temporarily while we decide on the best way to move forward. A customer only forum I believe will be the direction we take. We’ll post on this soon.
